Where to find these — Twilio Console → Account → API keys & tokens (create a Standard API Key → SK SID + Secret); Voice → TwiML → TwiML Apps (create one → AP SID); your AC Account SID is on the console home. The token is generated in your browser from these — the secret is saved only in this browser's storage and never sent anywhere.
Call routing & callback URLs — required for outbound calls
Outbound browser calls are routed by your TwiML App's Voice Request URL. The simplest no-server option is a Twilio TwiML Bin (hosted by Twilio): create one at Console → Voice → TwiML → TwiML Bins with the body below, then set it as the TwiML App's Voice URL (POST).

Status / recording callbacks (optional): add action / statusCallback URLs to the <Dial> tag, or set them on the TwiML App, to receive call status & recordings on your own endpoint. Incoming calls: point the same TwiML App at a TwiML Bin that <Dial>s <Client>agent</Client>.
